Description

The Robot Coupe 28135W French Fry Kit 10mm X 10mm CL50 works by cutting the vegetables first using a two-disc system, followed by forcing the veggies through a grid to form uniform strips. The entire potatoes or firm vegetables are converted into uniform 10mm by 10mm pieces, by high-speed rotation and pressure in this mechanical process. The equipment is fitted to the continuous feed line and simply slots into the drive shaft, ready to use. This assembly makes it easy to prepare large amounts of vegetables, chopping them into sticks to be used in frying or roasting.
