The Bakers Pride S1053X Thermostat Dial 2 D, OFF-700-300 is a temperature controller that uses the rotation of the knob to translate mechanical motion, which changes internal control settings. It allows one to select a temperature range that will be used to turn on or turn off connected components to produce more or less heat. This is attached to the control panel of compatible cooking equipment and is directly operated in position with the heating shaft. Indicators of marked temperature give visual adjustments.
