The Bakers Pride S3271X Deck Oven 1-Door Hinge Bushing EP-2-28 is a pivot interface used in the connection between the entrance way and the main frame of the unit. It works by minimizing friction and keeping the proper alignment in the repetitive opening and closing movements of the cooking chamber. This is a mechanical part that is fitted directly in the assembly to allow it to rotate and prevent metal-on-metal grinding.
