Description

The Sunkist S34 6-Wedge Apple Corer Set W/Cover is a food preparation attachment designed for commercial sectionizers used in restaurants and foodservice operations. This set cuts apples and similar fruits into evenly sized wedges while removing the center core during operation. The assembly includes the blade cup, plunger, and protective cover for handling and storage when not in use. Installed on compatible commercial and pro sectionizer units, the corer works by pressing fruit through the wedging blades to create uniform sections for serving or ingredient preparation.
