Description

The Cleveland S61571 Solenoid Valve is 4-way 4-coil type used to regulate the flow of fluid, or steam in the commercial foodservice equipment. The concept of shifting internal valve positions using electrically activated coils enables the accurate routing of media, using the variety of ports. The component is normally fitted in systems like steamers, or combi ovens whereby the distribution of steam or water is controlled to be used in cooking processes. As a control system of the appliance it controls flow paths to facilitate appropriate sequencing and operation.
