The Jet Spray S6600 Gasket Bowl 4.5" D provides a seal between the bowl and the base to avoid leakage in the area of connection. Its operation is to compress a little when the bowl is mounted to seal. This gasket is fitted around the edge of the bowl where it joins the machine or sink surface, and mounted to fit mounting holes so that it can be sealed. It has a diameter that is equal to that of the bowl, which enables it to fit in the assembly and contact the whole edge to provide a better seal when in use.
