The Frymaster 8261001 Safety Thermostat Kit LC117 controls the heat of commercial fryers by checking the amount of heat and disconnecting power when the temperature goes above the preset levels. It works with a sensor and switching system that reacts to temperature variations in order to have controlled cooking conditions. This is designed to be installed in the control assembly and just fits into the unit to fit perfectly with the existing electrical connections and be in the right place to work in the kitchen equipment system.
