The Blodgett 41888 Safety Thermostat is a thermal safety control designed for commercial systems. It constantly checks the temperature of the equipment and shuts down the heating circuit if it goes beyond the desired operating temperature. The thermostat works by sensing the temperature and shutting off the heating system when the temperature becomes too hot and reconnects the power when it cools down. It is placed in the oven's heating chamber. It protects the heating parts assists in controlled operation and promotes accurate equipment operation.
