The Cleveland KE55069-8 Kettle Safety Thermostat KEL/KGL Ranco is a temperature control system that is fitted to commercial steam kettles. It controls and measures the temperature inside the kettle to ensure that it does not overheat and to ensure that the conditions are safe to cook in. It can be installed directly on the control assembly of the kettle and reacts to heating elements and the primary control system to break power when temperatures are too high. The thermostat would provide accurate temperature control in any cooking activity in a restaurant.
