The Cleveland KE55069-7 Steamer Safety Thermostat with a 1/4” x 5” bulb and 48” capillary is a temperature controller for Cleveland cooking equipment such as the Skillet SEL-T, SEM-T, SGL-T, and SGM-T. The former is based on the self-monitoring and self-regulating of the temperature inside the steamer in order to avoid overheating and consequent mishaps. This high-limit thermostat has a setting of 458°F, which ensures safe protection against high heat levels.
