The Blodgett 19323 Oven TS Safety Valve is a safety device that is essential to commercial ovens to prevent excessive pressure build up. This K-Type pilot valve monitors the oven's internal pressure and is 1/2" Female Pipe Thread. The pilot is instigated when the pressure goes over a designated safe pressure so that excess pressure can be pushed away to keep things such as explosions or damaging in equipment from happening. This valve is generally used in Blodgett commercial ovens and other high temperature cooking equipment. Safely for kitchen staff and kitchen equipment, durability in my equipment by reducing pressure damage.
