Description

The Southbend 1185536 Safety Valve is a gas control component that is used in commercial griddles. An installed supply system valve regulates the flow of gas to the burners while providing an automatic shutoff process if unsafe operating conditions occur. In restaurant kitchens this component aids maintenance in controlled heat output during cooking while protecting the appliance from irregular gas flow. It operates alongside thermostat, pilot assemblies, and burner systems to ensure stable and secure griddle operation.
