Equipped with a 3/16”X 7-1/2” bulb and 36” capillary tube, it gives accurate heat control to improve the cooking effectiveness and safety. The unit is thermostatically controlled and has a thermocouple for its operation with an extension of AP#8009411 and AP#511545. Perfect for use in Imperial ovens, this part ensures that the oven does not overheat and at the same time ensures that it uses the least amount of energy hence making it a must replace component in your Imperial oven.
