Description

The Scotsman SC12-1646-04 Water Inlet Solenoid Valve operates through an electrically energized coil that opens and closes an internal valve to regulate water flow into the appliance. When 240V power is applied, the coil creates a magnetic field that lifts a plunger, allowing water to pass through the inlet and into the system. When power is removed, the spring-loaded mechanism returns the plunger to its closed position, stopping water flow.
