Description

The Scotsman 02-4628-01 Ice Sweep is a molded piece that directs the snow harvested off the evaporation surface and into the storage bin by steering it through the ice-making process. It is installed at the bottom or side of the cooling system assembly where glace is discharged off the surface. This is placed in chilly machines that are compatible and are fitted to direct the falling ice to the bin. It acts as the internal control that supports the movement of ice particles between the evaporator and the vault space during production.
