Scotsman 11-0437-21 Ice Machine Cube Size Thermostat Control

The Scotsman 11-0437-21 Ice Machine Cube Size Thermostat Control monitors thermal conditions within the freezing circuit and changes electrical continuity at the selected threshold. A sensing element responds to temperature variation, shifting internal contacts as the surrounding condition reaches the calibrated point. The terminal connections transfer the resulting state into the associated wiring, while the adjustment establishes the temperature level linked with cycle progression. Changes in the selected setting alter the freezing interval, influencing the amount of solidification before the refrigeration sequence advances to its next stage.
