Description

The Scotsman 18-8918-21 Compressor Packout forces refrigerant to circulate throughout the refrigeration system of the ice machine to cool down the machine, and facilitate the flaking of ice. It works on the concept of compressing low pressure refrigerant gas and transferring it to the condenser. The compressor is attached to the compressor compartment of the ice machine and is attached to refrigerant suction, and discharge lines. It is integrated with the evaporator, expansion system and controls to ensure that internal temperatures are kept constant.
