Description

The Scotsman A36699-020 Evaporator is a component that removes heat out of the refrigeration system and transfers the heat to the inside of system or cold storage units to allow water to continue producing ice. It is mounted in the compartment of the appliance, and is connected to the lines assisting in circulating the coolant through its coils. The evaporator will maintain internal temperatures and encourage a steady ice formation because it absorbs heat, thereby controlling temperatures. It ensures the correct thermal exchange, which assists in maintaining a constant operation.
