Description

The Ultrafryer 21A281 Fryer Filter Screen W/Hole is a filtration component designed for use in a commercial oil management system. It operates by trapping food particles, crumbs, and other debris from the cooking oil as it flows through the filter. The integrated opening facilitates better oil flow and ensures better separation of contaminants from the oil supply. This screen is installed in the filter assembly and acts as a barrier to unwanted material being recirculated back into the fryer cooking system. It is essential to support keeping the oil cleaner, to enhance filtration, and to ensure a more consistent operation.
