The Henny Penny 14990 Temperature Probe Kit E32X/E34X is a replacement part for E32X/E34X commercial systems. It keeps an alert on the temperature of cooking oil in the fry pot, and transmits the data to the control system for control of heating cycles and safety cut-off operations.
