The Scotsman 11-0540-21 Ice Machine Ice Level Sensor is an essential part that measures the level of ice in the storage bin and transmits signals to the control system so as to either stop or start ice production. It is attached to the bin curtain or sensing point, and it measures the amount of ice. The sensor is installed in the specified place of the ice level within the storage area. It will enable automatic regulation of the ice production and leave the normal operation of the machine running.
