Description

The Lang LG41100-08 Sensor Probe 1/8" X 18" Plug is an internal cavity temperature sensor that sends changes in electrical resistance over a 39" lead wire to the control board of the oven. This thermal information enables the system to switch heating components on and off to control the system to a given set point. This probe is simply inserted into the inside of the oven, usually at the back or side wall, and is left to be in the open air.
