Description

The Star Mfg 2E-41100-17 Griddle Temperature Sensor Probe detects changes in heat and sends the resulting signal to the connected control system. As the sensing tip responds to surface temperature, the controller receives information used to regulate the heating cycle. This part is installed near the griddle cooking surface with the sensing end positioned at the designated monitoring point. The 20" wire lead carries the electrical signal from the sensor toward the control connection. Its 12-1/2" length and 1/8" DIA indicate the specified probe configuration.
