Description

The Globe MCC17 Slicing Machine Sharpening Stone works by touching the blade to provide a cutting edge by abrasion control through the sharpening cycle. It also interacts with the sharpening assembly of the machine to retain the desired profile of the blade and to remove surface wear as a result of normal use. A sharpening stone is fitted in the sharpener housing of the compatible slicing machines to fit directly into the blade. It is made to facilitate easy maintenance and ensure easy slicing performance and is useful in ensuring that uniform cuts are made on different food products.
