The Roundup - AJ Antunes 7000625 Toaster Platen Sheet 3-Pack VCT-2010 is a series of replacement platen sheets that are used with VCT-2010 commercial applicators. These sheets give a uniform surface to the bread and other bakery products as they go through the toaster to assist in keeping the contact and transfer of heat even throughout the toasting cycles. The platen sheets are designed to fit the foodservice operations and are fitted in the toaster assembly and work together with the conveyor and heating components to aid the uniform toasting operations in high-volume settings.
