Manufacturer:
The Imperial 36240 Oven Solenoid Valve 24V operates by controlling the flow of gas in the oven system with the help of an electromagnetic coil. This valve opens allowing gas to flow and on removal, the valve closes stopping the flow, which has the benefit of controlling the delivery of the gas accurately. This solenoid valve is installed into the gas supply line of the oven usually between the main gas supply and the burner assembly where it controls the gas flow at any given time to ensure the heating is controlled properly.
