Southbend SOU116-6562 SPST Thermostat 350°F 24" Capillary

The Southbend SOU116-6562 Thermostat monitors cooking temperature and controls the heating circuit by opening or closing its electrical contacts as the sensed temperature changes. When the set point is reached, the switching mechanism responds to regulate power supplied to the connected heating parts. The thermostat is installed within the control area of compatible Southbend cooking equipment, with its capillary routed toward the monitored heating section. It has a 350°F temperature setting and a 24-inch capillary. The SPST contact arrangement provides the electrical switching action needed for temperature regulation during the equipment’s heating cycle.
