The Southbend SOU1190568 Oven Burner W/Assembly gas and combustion are facilitated, and a flame is formed on its surface to cook when connected to the gas supply and ignition system of the range. It is designed to fit in the burner box of the range with mounting points and a gas pipe connection to allow a proper distribution of the flames. The burner is installed under the grates of the cooktop at the point where cookware is in contact. This position enables the generation of heat directly below pots and pans on compatible cooking equipment.
