Description

The Southbend SOU1192520 Burner Valve Knob Assembly 2-1/2 inch OD 1/4 inch D-Stem Flat Down Chrome is used to turn the valve stem to control the flow of fuel to a burner by rotating the internal mechanism, which opens or closes the passage. It operates by installing and rotating the knob, the position of the valve is altered to permit more or less fuel to flow to the burner. The knob is placed on the front control panel of the cooking appliance, and it is designed in such a way that the flat-down orientation is aligned with other controls.
