Description

The Southbend SOU1438 Door Handle Kit 22" CTRS is a support assembly that is used in commercial systems. It has a separate gripping surface to enable the appliance door to be opened and closed during cooking and food handling procedures. It is attached to the front of the oven's door and fits into its mounting mechanism to keep the handle securely attached to the door panel. It is located so that it can be easily accessed by the operator to the cooking chamber and also to keep the operator's hands away from the heated interior. It is designed to be part of the equipment to support and control the operation of the door during normal foodservice operations.
