Description

The Southbend SOU3103902 Oven Blower Wheel propels air through the chamber as the shaft turns. Its 9-7/8" measurement defines the outer circular diameter range, and the 2-1/8" dimension establishes the width of the rotating section. The 5/8" bore provides the central shaft opening, allowing rotary force to reach the assembly. Angled vanes capture air and redirect it through the circulation route, while the centered hub maintains alignment during rotation. The continuous airflow spreads heated air across the enclosed cooking area during heating phases.
