Description

The Southbend 1175444 Convection Oven Four-Coil Burner Assembly works by turning gas into a regulated thermal energy source with the use of four different wires. These tubes spread the flames throughout the internal heat exchanger and make it have the even temperature of air required in convection cooking. This particular part is placed at the bottom of the combustion chamber; it is directly linked to the main gas manifold and ignition system. The unit is made of a manifold pipe and drilled ports accurately to maintain a constant flow of fuel when operating at volumes.
