The TEC SPPAN Pilot Assembly is installed in compatible commercial gas cooking equipment to start a burner. It operates with the generation of a controlled pilot flame, which lights the main burner when the gas passes out of the valve. This is mounted close to the burner tube and it is attached to the gas supply and safety controls in the appliance. which contributes to the stable lighting of the burner, stabilization of the flame conditions and normal heating process during the normal cooking activities in the commercial kitchen setting.
