Description

The T&S Brass 001479-45 Eterna Cartridge Spring is used to control internal movement inside a faucet cartridge through the use of a controlled force to offset components back to position following actuation. When the flow of the water is varied, the spring is shortened and lengthened so that the cartridge parts and the sealing surfaces remain in place. It is installed in the assembly in between compatible faucets, between the stem and internal supports. The spring is made of metal and is cartridge-sized in size. The shape of it is conducive to numerous compressions during the use of the handle.
