Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-836927 Steamer Element is a powerful immersion heating element with 208V, 7500W. It has a 3-1/2” square flange and designed to deliver efficient steam generation, which is essential in cooking a variety of foods at short time and heat. This element contributes to the efficiency of the kitchen by shortening the cooking time by a large margin, but still sparing water usage making it a green solution.
