Description

The Cleveland FK1038814 Immersion Steamer Element converts electrical energy into heat to warm water inside the system, operating at 8000 watts and 480 volts for consistent steam production. The included gasket forms a seal around the mounting area to assist and contain water and steam during operation. This component is installed inside the water reservoir or heating chamber, where the 3" square flange and 2-1/4" on-center mounting configuration allow it to fit safely within compatible commercial steam-cooking equipment. Its heating surface interacts directly with the water supply to generate steam for cooking processes.
