The Stoelting 4109212-SV Washer Aligned Agitator Assembly is a rotating apparatus installed in the freezing or mixing cylinder to circulate product evenly to eliminate clumps. As it rotates, the agitator will scrape the walls of the cylinder and transfer product to the dispensing space. This assembly is mounted within the mixing or freezing barrel of the equipment and is positioned on the drive shaft and held in place by bearings and seals. It connects to the drive motor and cylinder and is designed to be used with compatible washer-aligned units.
