Description

The Stoelting 756204-40 Food Tubing pumps the liquid or semi-liquid product by letting it flow through the internal passage when the equipment is in operation. The material is transferred between the source of supply and the dispensing or processing zone as pressure or suction is applied. This food tubing is fitted in the product flow of compatible foodservice equipment, and is laid between containers, pumps or dispensing parts. It has an inner diameter of 1/4" and a length of 40" to be installed flexibly. The tubing is made to the required length and attached with regular fittings to facilitate the movement of products under normal operation.

Step1: Turn off the freezer and relieve system pressure.

Step2: Remove old tubing carefully from fittings.

Step3: Slide tubing onto fittings securely.

Step4: Ensure tight connections to prevent leaks.

Step5: Restore power and check the flow before normal operation.
