The Taylor Freezer TAFX51152 Mix Hopper Lid is a hopper cover designed for commercial equipment. It is designed to be placed over the designated mix hopper to create a closed surface on top of the product reservoir. It is designed to assist in the containment of the mix and reduce exposure of the open reservoir area when installed with the hopper structure during operation. A passive part that has no refrigeration or electrical operations. The lid may also be removed during times of access to the hopper for filling, cleaning, inspection, or service.
