Description

The Lang 40101-10 Temperature Control Board 2-1/4" X 5-1/8" is an electronic control component designed to regulate and coordinate temperature-related operations in compatible commercial cooking equipment. Using a 10-pin connection it receives input from temperature-sensing and control circuits processes the information and directs the operation of heating components to maintain selected settings.
