Blodgett 18578 Temperature Control Board is an essential part to keep the Blodgett commercial ovens at the right temperature. Its electronic circuitry is stationed here to monitor and control oven temperatures within the range of 200°F – 500°F. The sensors give temperature readings to the oven cavity, and compares it to desired temperature. This comparison is based on which the board sends the signals to the heating elements in order to control the output of the heating elements so as to maintain the desired temperature.
