The Groen Z098418 Temperature Probe Kit detects temperature variations, and sends signals to the control. The probe is sensitive to changes in heat and gives feedback that is used to control heating, or cooking processes. The probe kit is placed with the compatible equipment and the sensing tip is inserted into the temperature-monitoring area. It is mounted using preset openings of the brackets so that it can be positioned correctly. The kit is connected to the control boards or thermostats to facilitate proper temperature monitoring when it is in use.
