The Garland 2200601 Oven Thermocouple 60" SIT Type 20-30mV senses heat from the pilot flame and generates, a millivolt signal to keep the gas valve open during operation. It transfers the thermal energy into electrical output that supports ignition and temperature management processes within compatible equipment. It is installed near the assembly inside commercial appliances where direct flame contact is required for proper signal generation. It allows connection between the pilot source and control valve in larger configurations. This component is commonly used in food service kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias and other commercial cooking conditions requiring thermocouple-based gas control operation.
