Description

The Lincoln 370358 Conveyor Oven Thermocouple With Extension & Connector is used inside convection baking equipment as a heat-sensing element that monitors temperature conditions within the cooking path. It is positioned along the internal measurement zone where heat exposure is detected through a connected lead running toward the control section. The sensing point is placed in the airflow region inside the baking tunnel to capture stable thermal readings. During servicing, it is replaced when signal accuracy declines to restore proper heat monitoring across the oven section.
