Description

The Lincoln 369131-CLE Thermocouple Probe Assembly is a temperature sensor that is mounted in conveyor and deck ovens. It measures the internal heat by producing a voltage signal based on the temperature variations so that the control system of the oven can control the heating equipment accurately. The thermocouple is installed in the cooking chamber, or close to the heat source and is essential in ensuring that there is a steady cooking temperature. This is an assembly that provides better thermal input, which is useful in maintaining accurate temperature regulation and even cooking performance in commercial food service processes.
