The Anets P8903-75 Thermostat is a quality temperature control equipment is used in improve fryers. It has a temperature control of 175-375°F and guarantees stable heat output for successful cooking experiences. The thermostat is fitted with a 5/16” x 5-13/16” nickel bulb, 54” cap and a 3/8” MPT stuff box. It consists of a black and silver dial thermostat knob dial 22-1006 which is 2 inches in diameter to allow for easy turning to desired temperature. Described as usable with multiple fryer models, this thermostat improves fryer efficiency, maintains ideal frying conditions and increases food quality.
