The Hatco R02.16.046.00 Thermostat and Knob Kit controls temperature by having a sensor that measures the level of heat and switches on or off the heating part. The knob enables one to adjust the desired temperature level manually when the circuit is to be opened or closed. The kit will be installed in commercial warming or cooking parts and will be mounted on the control panel to replace or repair the thermostat and be connected to the existing temperature control system on the appliance.
