The Hatco X02.16.142.00 Thermostat with Bulb controls temperature by detecting the heat using the bulb and switching the electrical circuit on and off between 90°F to 190°F. It switches the power on and off to keep the temperature in the appliance stable. This is installed in commercial cooking appliances and is mounted directly in the appliance and is connected to the sensing bulb to interface with the existing temperature control system of the appliance.
