The Intermetro RPC13-135 Humidity Thermostat is a 218°F temperature control system that is installed in the warming units. It controls the level of humidity inside by observing and ensuring the accurate conditions of temperature that are required to ensure better food holding. It is installed in the control system of the appliance and, when required, will turn on heating elements to regulate the moisture retention and air temperature. This thermostat is used to maintain the temperature of products to manage the temperature in the kitchen and food supplies.
