The Jade Range 4615300100 Thermostat is used for oven temperature control with the temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. This thermostat uses a 3/16” x 14” bulb and comes with a 48” cap for easy installation on Jade ovens that were made after June 1993. It comes with a dial with part number 22-1129 and a 4 way mount for easy turning. This thermostat helps out in maintain appropriate temperatures in cooking, enhancing on the kind of food prepared and also the time it takes in a commercial kitchen. This makes it suitable to be used in busy kitchen operations because of its efficiency and increased energy efficiency.
